MBBS Doctor

Location-: Kopergaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care:
   • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
   • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
   • Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
2. Clinical Expertise:
   • Manage acute and chronic illnesses across multiple specialties.
   • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective patient care.
   • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
3. Emergency Care:
   • Attend to medical emergencies and provide immediate, lifesaving interventions.
   • Perform procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and lumbar punctures as required.
4. Documentation and Compliance:
   • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
   • Adhere to hospital protocols and medical regulations.
5. Communication and Counseling:
   • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
   • Ensure effective communication with referring doctors and healthcare teams.
6. Continuous Learning:
   • Participate in hospital-based Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs.
   • Stay updated with the latest advancements in internal medicine.

Requirements

• Education: MD in General Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience working in a multispeciality hospital.
• Skills:
  • Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing emergencies and complex medical conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
